This 1959 Boston Celtics NBA Championship ring was awarded to the Boston Celtics won the 1957 NBA Finals 4-0 over the Minnepolis Lakers. This was the second franchise championship victory.

The 1959 Celtics ring was a classic designed NBA Championship ring featuring a single diamond on the front of the ring. Along with the iconic Celtics Shamrock on both side of the band.
